Terms of Service for Advertisement Company
1. Acceptance of Terms:
By accessing and using the services provided by B Maharashtra and Company, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Services Offered:
B Maharashtra and Company offers advertising and marketing services, including but not limited to campaign creation, strategic planning, digital advertising, social media management, and consultancy.
3. Client Responsibilities:
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information necessary for the effective execution of advertising campaigns. Any delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information may affect the campaign timeline and outcomes.
4. Campaign Approval:
Clients will be provided with proofs, drafts, or previews of advertising materials before final implementation. It is the client’s responsibility to review and approve these materials promptly. B Maharashtra and Company is not liable for any discrepancies once the client has given approval.
5. Billing and Payments:
Clients will be billed according to the agreed-upon payment schedule. Late payments may incur interest or result in the suspension of services. B Maharashtra and Company reserves the right to adjust pricing with prior notice.
6. Cancellations and Refunds:
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refund policies vary based on the type and stage of services rendered. Any fees incurred for work completed up to the point of cancellation are non-refundable.
7. Intellectual Property:
All intellectual property rights related to advertising materials created by B Maharashtra and Company remain the property of the company unless otherwise specified in a written agreement. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the materials for their intended purpose.
8. Confidentiality:
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of the engagement. This includes, but is not limited to, campaign strategies, business plans, and financial information.
9. Termination of Services:
Either party may terminate the services with written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due. B Maharashtra and Company reserves the right to terminate services if a client breaches these terms.
10. Limitation of Liability:
B Maharashtra and Company is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
11. Governing Law:
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indian. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms will be resolved in the courts of Indian.
12. Changes to Terms:
B Maharashtra and Company reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Clients are encouraged to review the terms regularly for updates.
